The Collaborative Robot Palletizer - Cobra is the ideal solution for medium-speed production lines in compact workshop spaces, achieving speeds of up to 8 cartons per minute(single pick), with each carton weighing up to 20 kg. This system can be flexibly installed or relocated to the end of existing packaging lines without any modifications, replacing manual palletizing within minutes.

The Cobra includes a fully functional collaborative robot, a vertical lift column, and a swing-arm system, fully compatible with Australian standard pallets (Chep/Loscam). Maximum palleting height can reach up to 2.2 meters.

Foxtech's patented palletizing software and intuitive touchscreen interface allow users to set up quickly and easily for fast product changeovers, supporting both single and dual pallet configurations.

Without the need for traditional industrial robot safety fencing, operator safety remains a top priority. If an operator is detected in the carton pick-up area, the cobot safety features automatically reduce speed until the area is cleared. Additionally, the zero-pressure accumulation carton conveyor allows for zone-based control, ensuring precise product flow positioning.
